I started my career back in 2012, when I was in the second year of my University. Back then, I started on Upwork (known as Elance then), and got clients in the digital marketing industry. Three years later, in 2015, I founded Icy Tales, my own digital marketing agency.
In 2018, I moved to Canada as a Permanent Resident under the Skilled Workers’ Program for talented and skilled people.
Here, I got a journalism Certificate from Langara College, Vancouver. I have an Economics honors, apart from a law degree as well.
In 2019, one of my clients loved my work and asked me to come on board as a Marketing Manager. At Assetsoft, a real estate IT consulting company in
Toronto, I worked for nearly four years.
I registered my agency as a B.C. L.L.C. in 2023.
Then, A.I. happened, and the digital marketing industry changed. While Icy Tales is still popular among many readers, I had to pivot. Google wasn’t going to rank informative sites for good content – it needed businesses selling a product.
That’s when I dug deeper into tech. Got into projects as a prompt engineer, training A.I. to behave the right way. In 2024, I developed my own walking tour app – Canada Hustle.
